Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara (born in Romania) is a Romanian actor and TV host. She is best known for her role as the star of Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control and Rush. Born the only child to Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. Alexandra started her showbiz career in the early years of her life. At the age of 16, she turned 16years old, Alexandra was able to land prominent roles in a variety of television dramas. Her performance as Adolf Hitler's Secretary Traudl Jue in Downfall (an Oscar-nominated wartime historical film) was critically as well as highly rated commercially. The Reader as well as Der Baader Meinhof Komplex were also nominated for Oscars. Alexandra was associated with numerous notable projects, both nationally as well as internationally. Among others, these projects comprise British biographical film Control Greek Drama film The Dust of Time French Historical Miniseries Napoleon and many others. She also served in the jury panel of the Transylvania International Film Festival, and at Cannes Film Festival.
